Oce plotwave 350 - Office Equipment & Supplies

This article is about two printer error codes, 22551 and 22531. These codes are associated with the OCE Plotwave 345 printer. The error code 22551 means that the printer has lost its connection to the computer, and the error code 22531 means that there is a communication problem between the printer and the computer.

There is no online or free software to do this. You have to call an authorized service provider for this to reload the OS and firmware.

Fuser NTC 4. Generally not customer replaceable due to part unavailability. These are ceramic and easily break if not installed correctly and with care. I would recommend an authorized Canon/Oce service representative for parts and service.

Initiate conditions failed. More than likely, something was either opened or closed out of sequence. Turn off unit, restart and open up the drawer, then close. Open up the fuser cover then close and open up the manual feed and close and the error should go away. If not, it may be either a switch or a fuser issue. Call an authorized Canon/Oce service representative for parts and service.

Fuser NTC 1 not working properly. Replace.

Fuser NTC 2 failure. Call an authorized Oce representative for parts and service.

Error 08130 Fuser temperature protection circuit failed. This could be the Spider PBA or it could be the connections to the fuser itself.
Best to call an authorized service rep.
