I need to convert a .mov file so i can open it with Windows Media Player

You can convert MOV to Windows Media Player with Leawo Video Converter.
Step 1: Import MOV Files into the Program

I went back and re-read the manual (phamplet) I downloaded the MP3 files directly into the e200. Works great now.

Scroll down to Software and drivers to see the Media Converter software.
Click the zip file and best would be to save the file to a location on your computer.
After the download finished, unzip the file with WinZip or Winrar.
Open the folders of the extracted files:
under folder
MC_2.0.2.80_SA33xx_SA61xx_Intl_GM_CD02004_0928 start Setup.exe to install Media Converter Software, ArcSoft.
MediaConverter for Philips converts following formats to player, into WMV :
