Your description of the problem is rather hard to understand but as I understand, all you should do is buy a new strap. Maybe a photo of the broken piece might help to understand better.

Just about any watch shop or jeweler will have a nice selection of replacement straps in whatever style you prefer and they will typically install the new strap you buy from them at no extra charge.

I ordered one from casiosalesandservice.com a couple of days ago. They said it shipped but I haven't received it yet (it is due in a few days) so I can't make a recommendation one way or the other.
