My bluetooth doesn't switch on

Whenever i try to switch on the bluetooth of my phone, it doesn't work.this is my path: settings->connectivity->bluetooth->on/off when i click on "on" it doesn't work an on "off" it works . i've tried restoring factory setings but no use. plz HELP!

SOURCE: nokia 3230 restore factory setings

Power off the phone.
Press and hold Green, * and 3.
Keep them held while Phone is powering on and for a few seconds after that.
It will Format your phone compleatly and bring it back to the Factory Setting.(But the data which is on memory card will not delete)

It will clear all the Codes or Passwords.

I am sure this is going to work.

Just dash into a phone clinic to have a soft reset (flashing).

Make sure your wifi switch is turned on. If that doesn't work, try taking out the battery of your laptop, waiting at least 10 seconds, and then rebooting. If THAT doesn't work, try system restore and take it back until before your wifi quit working.

Have you "enabled" the BlueTooth support on the Nokia?
Have you "enabled" the BlueTooth support on your laptop?
Do you get a prompt on the laptop (or the Nokia) requesting permission to connect to the BlueTooth network?

P.S. Look for a 'Fn Lock' key on the laptop. Press it to make all the other 'Fn' keys work.
