Needing the sound chart for the Korg TR rack module
SOURCE: Need help connecting Korg C-303 (Concert Piano)
Assuming the C-303 has a MIDI out, connect a MIDI cable from the MIDI output of the C-303 to the MIDI input of the symphony module.
Connect two audio cables (mono 1/4 inch) from the symphony module to a suitable audio amplification system OR possibly into auxilary audio input jacks of the C-303, if they exist.
I have a Symphony module but not the piano you have and I have mine connected to a Yamaha organ.

Assuming it is NOT associated with a keyboard split configuration point, you likely have a key contact that is contaminated. This requires dis-assembly and careful cleaning of contacts using ONLY 99% isoprphyl alcohol and Q tips after removing keys to access the contacts. This is NOT a job for faint of heart and one usually needs two people to safely handle the shell parts when opening to avoid damage to ribbon cables.

The unit is sensing a failure of the dynamic RAM inside. If you have a memory expansion or have changed or added memory, the unit is NOT happy with it. The unit does a diagnostic at startup that checks the integrity of the memory. If you are lucky, these are in long connectors and you can replace them. I would first try wiggling the boards slightly to see if might be bad contact. If these are not in sockets, replacement of the DRAM is NOT DIY.

Sounds like the dynamic ram memory is faulty. It either needs to be re-seated in its' socket or replaced with new memory.
