Elements are not made by the manufacturer and generic in design
to that end you go to electrical wholesalers and taking you old elements along , see if there is a like one that fits
depending on where you are there are retailers that sell elements for just about everything and e-bay has a range of elements
you have to make sure of several things
1-- the end fittings are the same
2-- the wattage is the same and the shape is the same and --the dimensions are the same
all of this you can get by reading the description on the sellers page

IF YOUR HEATING ELEMENT IS GETTING ORANGE HOT, AND CYCLING, I WOULD SUSPECT THE THERMOSTAT TO BE THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM. YOU MAY FIND IT HARD TO FIND ONE THOUGH DUE TO ITS AGE.
