Are you connected to a PC or a MAC? Is the error displayed on your PC or your printer? Is there a number associated with the error? Please provide the number at the exact error message.
Or, you can go to HP.com/support and drivers and research the error message.

Does it always happen? does it always happen from a particular program? may need to upgrade your memory capacity.

the problem is the paper go in wrong way and we pull out one piece of the paper is missing , the massage saying paper jam hellp us thanks

50.2 is a laser/scanner error. If it doesn't go away after power cycling the printer, have a trained tech look at it. Probably needs a replacement laser/scanner assembly.
The 13.9 is some kind of paper jam. I can't find the description of that one in the service manual.
I would worry more about the 50.2.

Remove back & side covers. Remove solenoid clean it as described in figure, fix it back,check...

Just check at upside where paper iscoming out after print, there you can see the two black flips to monitor the paper out position, this flag sensor got dusty this error apprears, remove back cover, you can observe left side this sensor, just clean it..

Please Follow the instructions in an attempt to resolve the issue you are facing:

• Turn off the printer and remove all paper from the paper tray & disconnect it from the computer.
• With the printer off, check for any obstructions such as torn paper or foreign objects.
• Turn on the printer (still disconnected from the computer) and check the lights / lcd screen.

Still getting the same error ? Go for Warranty or Service.

Else,

• Place 20-30 sheets of paper in the printer, ensuring none of the paper is torn or creased.
• Make sure that the paper is flush with the far right edge of paper tray, move the left edge paper guide over so that it touches the left side of the paper.
• Try to feed paper manually (using the paper feed button).

If you still get the error let me know for further troubleshooting,

If you have pulled out paper that was stuck before you may have flipped a sensor flag out of position. I have found in the past small pieces of paper left under the plate at the very bottom of the toner catridges where the paper comes in.
