I am only getting in touch with tomorrow toshiba on screen and wont do nothing else

im not an expert on laptops im into desktop mainly but some issue can be applied on both... did u try to use your recovery cd or dvd that came with it maybe its your windows that is damaged... or if u have a copy of windows try to install it freshly and see what happens from there... also if the recovery cd is an image of the Factory u will lose everything on the partition C: from what i know.

It may be because of your hard disk damage or OS problem. Try to install a fresh copy of XP from a cd. boot from XP cd and install .

when u power up the laptop press "del"or F2 or F5 to enter in bios .then load optimal defaults settings.then save and exit.
then check.

under the wi fi sticker are two solder pins short them out on the start up in touch with tomorrow

mine does the samething have you found out what the problems is yet?

you can fix it by reinstalling the OS (operating system)

this is n othing but your boot password...........try any of your password you would have mistakenly type or only one alternative is left if oyur lapyop motherboard is having a flat battery if this is removed and placed again the boot password will be diable........hope this will halp you...............sameeraryan

yes if u can connect it wd the a server wd a port thn there is no need of hdd ..the main thing is u sould have a server near by

If you know some one with a xp disk you can use it as a tool to boot up. Once it is booted up it will write a log file and it should work
