You either have hand adjusters that allow you to put wheels at desired height ,or you would have to unbolt your wheels from the deck and place them at your desired height. The deck would have a number of holes in it for just this purpose. GOOD LUCK.
there is a panel in front of the gear that completes the curve of the blade path that you can remove with a single bolt on the outside of the mower between the wheel and the deck
