Not sure about your model but I have a bosch hgs7152uc model. I found that removing two screws and the metal panel in rear of the stove (at top where display is) will provide access to the control panel. There are four screws holding the display circuit panel in place. Two of the screws were not tight which allowed the circuit panel to move backwards when pressed. Tightening all four screws made the display operational again. The screws had lock tight on them but apparently they came loose anyhow over time
The switch needs to be secure and make sure that the wiring did not come off the back of the switch. On the back of the washer there should be two or three screws holding on metal brackets that keep the top and the rest of the washer together at the seam. Once removed you should be able to lift the top up and out enough to inspect, keep in mind that the rest of the wiring for the dials will be still connected. Hope this helps and dont forget to unplug first
Hi, remove rear top cover, this will give you access to clean the unit, be advised you should use 2 people once you get all the screws out, the back is HEAVY because there is a mirror attatched to the rear cover(on the inside) and if you drop the cover it`s expensive to replace, good luck, BMW Rider
you need to remove the door. On your model just grab the door and lift and it should lift right off.
Then remove the screws that run along the bottom of the door. Remove the bottom trim and the glass should slide down and off.
Reverse to assemble
Goede, the end caps will come off, just get a good grip on them and pull hard. Under the end caps are the screws to open the consol. There is nothing in the back of the washer to remove. Then after flipping the consol there are two snap springs to remove and the whold cabinet lifts off. You have to unplug the lid switch harness. The attachment might help. Catriver..post back.
