Problem has just come up-We have 4 incoming
If the voicemail it goes to is the on site voicemail, then try canceling call forwarding of the phone associated with the mailbox that gets the message by pressing FEATURE #4 from that phone. If the voicemail it goes to is an external voicemail as in that of a cellphone then try canceling line redirection by pressing #84 then press the line to cancel redirection on. Repeat for additional lines.
All of a sudden no button on the phone works. I
cordless phones come with up to five handsets each will need to be properly adjusted. You may need to set the main handset to synchronize with the base unit plugged into the telephone wall jack and assign special configuration numbers to the other handsets in order to properly identify each one within a specified location. One handset left in the turned on mode may make it impossible to place calls with the any of the other handsets. This will continue until either the battery dies or fails on the handset or the phone is switched off and replaced in its charger for charging again. Synchronize the main handset by pressing the MENU button on the handset, then pressing the down button IN order to select the number you wish to assign to that handset. Repeating this process if you have already done so will greatly decrease the level of errors experienced with panasonic phones.

First press feature *0 then the intercom button this will tell you the extension number. write this down.
Press feature **266344
then 266344
should now say terminals and sets on the phone.
press 1st lit arrow on the left side of phone
enter extension number or press find and enter extension number.
press the top arrow on left side of phone until you see line assignment
press list
when you get to the new line press change until the line says appear only(no ring) or appear and ring(rings on the phone)
press rls when done

Sounds like extension has put the phone on transfer. You can try these steps on the Extension 241 phone and see if it will correct the issue.
1. Press the Feature button, then * 2
2. Push the button you want to program
3. Display will read "Intercom #:__"
4. Enter the extension number

Press the feature button followed by #86 to turn background music off. To turn it on again press feature button then 86.
Does auto answer feature is available on Norstar
Yes in system programming, handsfree answer back must be enabled. There are several different phone system models that the M7310 phone works on. I need the model number of the phone system to give accurate programming directions.
How do I know what my mailbox number is?
It should be the same as your extension number. If you don't know your extension number press feature *0 (button inquiry) then press the intercom button on the lower right hand side of the phone.
I have a norstar m7310
It is pretty tricky to change that permanently. I have the instructions here for it though, give them a try and let me know what you can find, you will need the password for the phone, do you know what that is?
Please confirm by replying here that you know what the password is for the phone, also is there a CONFIG button on your unit? Some of them have this button, some do not. Please confirm that yours does.
Please let me know on these two before I give you the instructions, don't want to complicate matters until need be.

Sound fades out on voice calls
Hello.
If the speakerphone works, replace the handset cord and if still a problem, the handset itself.
if the speakerphone doesn't work, reset the phone or if necessary, replace the base.

Hello - we are trying
To reset the administrator pasword enter feature 985 press 9, at the password prompt enter 73738767793 (resetsmpwsd) and press ok or #,press yes to reset password. password should be defaulted to 0000. then try Feature 983. if your system has 3 digit intercom #s your password is 1020000.
I had deleted a mailbox
It sounds like you didn't attach his extension to the mailbox if your getting a log prompt.Look at F983>1020000>mbox>chng>his ext. #>next>and see if his ext. # is listed here. Also, whats his ext. number? It's not 100 per chance is it?
