Need to clear printer memory
It sounds like you have a problem with your network and or hub. I would look at that first, it's not the copier. Good Luck

E000 error
Hello,
this is error for fixing temperature fault due to faulty heater lamp or thermistors.
If the trouble is temporary you can reset it in service mode.
Procedure:
Press the user mode key ( * ) and ID key on keypad ( # ), with help of arrows go trough the service mode to CLEAR and press OK, choose ERR and OK.
After clearing if the error is still on, you need to change the fixing unit. Because of legal and safety regulations, replace the whole fixing unit with new one from original manufacturer Canon.
Eaven if it's only lamp or thermistor trouble, replace the complete fixing unit!
Hope that helps!

CANON IMAGERUNNER 2010F HAS A
The E100 error code has to do with the laser. But in this case, it may be just that the drum ahs to be replaced. How long has it been since it was replaced? They are cheap and easy to put in.

Won't print System Error E100
Hello,
E100 means a beam detect failure of the laser that "writes" the image to the drum. There are 3 logical causes. The laser scanner unit has failed.Next down the list is the DC controller has failed.Last, the Image Processing Board has failed. The code indicates the laser is not coming on which would lead you believe that it would be the primary cause. The laser unit has a detector inside that looks for the laser and reports success or failure to the image processing board. The DC controller is resposible for turning on the laser and its ouput. That's why there are at least 3 variables.
