Hi!!
Click on the following link for a diag. of the control panel. to get access to the back of the Control Board http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/partsdirect/showSubComp.pd?imageUrl=http://c.searspartsdirect.com/lis_png/PLDM/W0901032-00003.png
check that wiring harness (#8) connections to the Electronic Control Board are tight and the wiring is not broken, burned or damaged. Disconnect the Unit and feel the wire harness (#8) for any small bumps or deformities, repair as needed.

Good Luck! A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS - rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa!!

First check any filters or screens and drain hoses. Check that the water inlet valves are opening to allow water to come in. Check pump to make sure the propellers aren't broken and it's not leaking. Do you get any error codes on the display?

The low humming sound is from the pump. Remove the 3 screws on the bottom panel and remove it to check the pump filter. Here is a video for the "Duet Sport" washer. This washer is about the same. This video will show you the process and in this video the problem was similar to yours.

Or reach out to these folks to see if the repair manual includes the schematics:

Make sure it is plugged into a GFCI outlet; try adding a surge-protector. The fuse will blow if the power exceeds the rating on the fuse. (If a surge-protector on the GFCI outlet does not prevent this, there will be a problem with the wiring inside the machine.)
