Why does the dirt devil breeze turbo shuts off

Hi there! The vacuum is equipped with a thermal protector sensor that will automatically shut the motor down if it reaches a certain temperature. This is usually caused by either a clog or a filter that needs to be cleaned or replaced. Make sure you check both the hoses for clogs and clean all filters properly. If a filter is really dirty it may be time to replace it. Hope this was helpful!

My Dirt Devil Bagless Upright suddenly has no suction either in the main part or the hose. I did vacuum up a ton of cat air 4 days ago, then empty the debris container. I can't afford a new vacuum.

i. get something long enough to go through the entire hose. ii. push through hose as there may be some hairballs in there. iii. check unit for blockages if hose is blocked you could also flush it out with high pressure water, then allow to drip-dry. iv. get a sphynx? :) Our American bi-color short-hair sheds black& white.

My dirt devil featherlite has barely any suction

Try opening it up and cleaning out the filter. Depending on how old it is, it IS going to loose suction over time as the batteries only last so long.

Got a dirt devil upright I've cleaned out the Short hose extension hose also cleaned under bottom plate checked belt looks good don't see no holes or cuts in hoses no cracks in bagless container

Hello, Im assuming that your unit has no suction. If this is the case, it is still plugged. Run a stiff wire through all the hoses, starting at the on behind the bristle brush. Make sure all the bagless filters are completely cleaned.

My new dirt devil vacuum cleaner. It stopped running and won't turn back on.

If it stopped from overheating because of a clog or restriction somewhere it will start back up after it cools down. If that doesn't take care of it take it to a warranty center.
