I guess the issue might be due to miscommunication in motherboard .....please take the laptop to the nearest dell service center and get it serviced ....chances of issues in motherboard........normally this does not happen... it must be a major problem

to help you more in this issue we need more information which email program are you using and how long are you facing the issue and did you do any uninstallation and installation or any recent system changes....nothing happens suddenly it happens when something you have done accidently

the issue might be with the display broken so you need to take the laptop to nearest service center and get it replaced

if you have the provision for VGA port in TV then buy a vga cable and connect it if u have provision for HDMI port in TV and Laptop then connect through it

you are not able to connect to internet if have already connected to wireless then try with wired lan cable

Reset again, make sure typing in correct case.

can you attach it to an external monitor or tv to see if it is outputting anything?

I is my understanding that you can contact Dell with the service tag, and express code and get the master password to clear forgotten passwords.
