Password crack os reset
Your best option is to reinstall Windows at this point. However, if for some reason this is not an option, I'd have a go at Ophcrack--it's pretty decent at cracking NTLM hashes. If you don't mind resetting the password, you can try what I always do in this scenario:1. Make a linux boot disk (I like Knoppix for this)2. Boot up the computer, boot off the linux USB or CD3. Mount the Windows NTFS partition4. Rename C:\WINDOWS\System32\sethc.exe to C:\WINDOWS\System32\sethc_old.exe5. Copy C:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd.exe to C:\WINDOWS\System32\sethc.exe6. Reboot ComputerOnce you've done these 6 steps, hit the SHIFT key 5 times for a command prompt. This works even at the login screen. If you want, type "start explorer.exe" into the command prompt and it gives you a start menu. Beware, though, Windows will take notice and kick you off after about 5 minutes if you're not fast enough at resetting the password. ;-)

Push and H O L D the power button for 10-30sec. That works on Gateways might for you too.. then you can always find and press (gently) the teeny, tiny reset button located somewhere on the bottom of the LT
Another possibility... Change the CMOS Coincell under the keyb. It might 'kick' the MB into action and cannot b/c it is dead
No audio output device installed and the screen
For no Audio output device installed message, go to device manager uninstall the audio driver. Reinstall the audio driver from either Windows update or from the manufacturer's(your Computer or Laptop) Web site.
