I have a docucolour 1256ga this printer problem is heavy paper printingpaper

Please be clear about your problem. The Docucolor 1256GA is the same family as the Docucolor 1250/ 12 series. So there should not be any problem to print in Heavyweight Paper.

Code 14-380

Possible poor electrical contact in front door interlock switch. You need to dissassemly the switch and clean electrical contacts. Other reason of this error - malfunction in laser unit.
