can be solves by changing whole drum unit because problem with bias grid (black strip on chager)

check ur fiery card that connect to copier
remove card clean any dust at the pins / slot lines then try

it happens with me also but by replacing drum cartridge unit can solve this problem

basically problem with your bias grid (black grid surface on charger)

dont try to use another new drum with the same unit other wise u lost one more drum

drum unit is the best solution

The error 9-357 normally refers to a toner issue.
This normally refers to a color/Black toner problem. Probably there is low toner sensor defect.
Check for the ink in the cartridges as well but before that try to vacuum and clean the toner dispenser. You must vacuum whole path which is used to transport the toner to developer unit.

Replace the feed and ****** rollers.

That is a pressure roller thermistor failure.
The thermistor that contacts the pressure roll is either very dirty or it has failed. Clean or replace accordingly.

I suspect a bare fuser wire. Not that many components get line voltage.

You should be able to plug a monitor into the fiery. Do that and turn off the machine and fiery. Then power up and watch the monitor and see where it hangs. If it doesn't boot up you may have to get a Xerox technician in to restore/ugrade the system software for the fiery.

It's either the drum unit or the fuser from what i remember. Either way you do need a xerox technician to confirm and replace.

check the belt hole sensor on the accumulator belt for contamination

That is a fuser overheat. Make sure that the paper path module is securely locked into place.
Look for a piece of paper wrapted in the fuser.
Or replace the fuser itself.
