Arm Looping
ive had this problem djing in front of 700 people...Not good!! i can tell you exactly what it is, the tone arm bearings are being pinched too tight or there is a tiny piece of debris in the bearing race of your tone arm or blatentley your vinyl is scratched lol.... assuming you ve set your stylus correctly and the turntable is level on both axis???? slightly unscrew the tiny screw on top of the tone arm just enough to release the pressure on the bearings inside, but not so much that it wobbles about??? happy mixing

You most likely have broken balls,,, lol yes balls bearings are most likely broke you might have to replace your arm.. about 80.00 for the part
Tone arm is hard to move
You have a bad tone arm. I have the same tables. You need to get it repaired if under warrenty. Or there is a service manaul online you can get from ebay. Service center for our tables is Panasonic.

If you feel confident doing so, you could attempt to open the cassette deck and physically examine the gears to check for damage or debris that might be obstructing them.
