IF the computer starts up, runs smoothly for up to 5 minutes, then shuts down, it might be a heat problem. Firstly disconnect all fans, then using a blower, blow out all the dust inside the computer. switch on and test. Reply if problem is solved or not.

you can find your manual by using an internet,, you just go to the ECS website,, then you ust type the model of your motherboard in the search field,, after that, you can see now the manual, you just click it, after that, you can read now the manual

If your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it

Click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll to sound video and game controllers you might see a yellow question exclamation mark? ! or a red X Right click to reinstall drivers.

Click start control panel sounds and audio volume advanced speakers make sure you have selected the

(appropriate speakers) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have selected the correct speaker settings.

Click start control panel sounds and audio devices select advanced there might be a tick in the mute box untick it

Click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker. volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar for any further volume control settings you will need to right click on the speaker volume icon system select adjust volume.

if you dont have a disk with the drivers you will have to download them

You could see that proper connections in the owners manual. If you don't have the manual, just type the boards type in any browser and download the manual!
