It has Realtek High Def audio and you can try the above link for download. You can also try here:

Try the High Def first, then you can try the AC97. It has support up to Windows Vista so it may or may not work with Windows 7. Your sound could just be disabled or, you may have the wrong sound driver selected. Get into your "device manager" and click on the box next to :sound, audio and game controllers". you should have a list of your device(s). Right click on each one, one at a time and you should see "disable". If you see "enable" click on that and exit. You should also see "this device is working properly". You should have a speaker icon in your taskbar, lower right of your screen. Right click on that and then on "open sound mixer" and make sure your volume is up. If you see a warning, Yellow triangle, ?, !, click on that and follow proceedure.

If your board starts up and there's no problem, then this is a good thing!

Specify what processor/video card/ram you are using (make, model, speed, etc) and someone will be able to help you.

change the boot formate to f12 keep pushing f2 f2 f2 when first page comes push f2 then change boot formate to f12 then pushf10 for saving the boot setting then restart lap top then push f12 then run windows under d:drive.

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it you might have to uninstall then restart your computer then reinstall both the sound drivers and the sound card make sure you have both of these devices backed up to a disc before uninstalling a yellow? question mark means you need to install/update driver to do this right click to install driver also click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound,video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? Right click to reinstall drivers click start control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers make sure you have selected the (((appropriate speakers))) also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have the correct settings there also click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can change your settings there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar if his does not fix the problem

have you tried this control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand,system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer you will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit dust causes static to build up in a computer hope this helps don

I can see you getting an error with pci.sys but not with pcy.sys.
Did a full system scan in a working WinXP Pro & found not such animal within the system or regestry. After looking through microsoft I did come across pci.sys and what may creat such an error. I would point to your onboard VGA. If intergrated into the board as I suspect. It is a pci device. During install windows found something wrong with it hence your error & blue screen. Suggest using your PCIE card & set bios to same disabling the VGA. Your install should no longer fail.

Cant ... remove the drivers then reinstall ... Windows should do this more or less automatically. Remove from within the Device Manager.

this happened because you downloaded and installed a trial version of windows 7.You will need to buy the full version for the program to work properly.Just get the disk insert it,restart the computer and go to the setup menu.There you will be able to install the program.
