in google search for "autorun" download and install it in the system. run it... its will show you some files that will be marked as yellow... delete all of them from the system one by one... restart ... the issue will be fixed.

go over to the right and click on hp webcam
then it opens

and i have right clicked the hp webcam in the programs
and sent a shortcut for it to my desktop
so that when i want to use it i just click on the shortcut on the desktop
