There is unwanted music that shows up on the mp3

Hello, good that you found out how to get the player in the correct connection mode again.
The c200 players firmware version 2, take micro SD or SDHC cards with a maximum capacity of 4 GB.

Now that you can switch USB connection mode:
the player must be in MSC mode to get access to the SD card.

Having the player connected to the computer in MSC mode, the card should be available as an extra removable device when you explore "My Computer".Normally cards are preformatted (in FAT32) and transfers should be going easy with "paste and copy" or "drag and drop" method.
Before disconnecting in MSC mode always go through the icon in the right corner below "safely remove hardware". Click to remove the player's connection before taking out the USB cable.

In MTP mode in Windows Media Player there's a warning message
or text telling when you're allowed to disconnect.

Can I use my Sandisk Sansa C240 while it is charging?

This is normal when the Sansa is connected to a computer. You can use it while charging if you connect it to something else. For example, you might have a cell phone with a USB charger that plugs into a wall outlet. You could connect the Sansa to it, and it would let you listen while charging.

Whats an audiobook

An audiobook is a book that has been read by an actor or actress (or more than one) and recorded. In the old days they were on tape. Now they're on CDs or online. Either way, you can treat them like any music album. Well, almost. Virtually every audiobook is more than one disc, and you certainly want to listen to the tracks in order, without any shuffling.

I use my Sansa almost exclusively for audiobooks, putting complete series on microSD cards and swapping them out as needed.

My Sansa c240 buttons are not responding. I cannot

Hi there, ok first problem; Ihave the same problem with my mp3 now, what I do is turn it on by plugging it in (through the usb cord ) into the computer, this turns mine on, to turn it off I just remove the battery for a second (this is dangerous, it can mess up your harddrive/memory card in the mp3, this said, I've done it like 300 times, no problems)...Other then that, I wouldn't know, it seems the circuit board isdirty/cracked......

Second problem: Plug your mp3 into the computer through the usb cord. A window will appera in less then a minute (a fast computer it will be seconds) a window will appear asking you what you want to do with this'device"..Close that window (x). Click the "start" button on the screen (in one of the screens corners), a menu will drop down, click on "my computer". This will open up a window. In this window you will see numerous "discs" listed (for example, the harddrive is usually disc (c)...)I had a mp3 player that was under disc letter (f) and I've had a mp3 player that was under disc (e), I don't know why, but you need to open any "discs" you have. one by one (skipping disc (c) the harddrive usually). Once you open a disc you are looking for a folder (it could have the name of your mp3 on it, or it could be just some wild numbers, sometimes it's actually marked "music"). Just open any folders till you see the music, pictures or video's you are looking for, then you'll have found the folder to your mp3, now you can copy the song you want (or mp4 jpeg etc) and paste it in this folder and it will appear in your mp3...
Let me know how it went, , if you have anymore questions just ask me and I'll do my best...Don't forget to rate, thank you!
