You need to update to the latest firmware then use the libary update or reset to defult settings if thats dusen't work. :)

The latest Firmware has new games, blurtooth settings and things that will help u get rid of the phroblems

hold down menu and record buttons together on the side of the mp3 for about 5 seconds and just do that when you are trying to turn it off

Go to device manager on your computer, go to USB(Universal Serial Bus), find your MP3 player, right-click, and click "update driver" At the new window, click "No not this time" at the next screen, click "Install from a list or specific location", then at the next one choose "Don't search", then click your MP3 and click "next" it will then update to recognize your mp3.

Samsung has a new version of Media Studio 5 available for download at its Web site. It isn't the exact model version, but seems to work.

Are you plugging into a USB hub or directly to a USB port on the computer? If you are using a hub, try connecting directly to the PC and then let us know how things look.

This doesn't required a battery. It's recharged by a usb cord, which should have come with the mp3 player.

Hold down the record and the menu button simultaneously... that should restart it. There's a topic about this that has already posted, hope you find the answer here or there.

try charging it by usb and if everything is fine when u have direct power source to it but unplugged you have nothing it will be a battery issue more than likely. I posted a question on how to change the battery in mine aswell, maybe an answer will help both of us out.

from the mp3, you can go to file browser, then when you are onto the file of your choice, go onto menu>delete>Yes

You can do it easily on your pc, through samsung media studio

there's a button thing you can do like hold 1 button and press another then it turns on i'm trying to google it now!

you probibly need to download a video uploader to put vids on your player. the systems usually come with one, but you can also check the manufacurers website for downloads

Leave the player on until the battery runs out.
Then recharge again.

There is an option to rebuild the database in the device itself. It is in the settings menu.

Have you tried rebuilding the database on the YPT device?
