First check the Laser window cleanliness,
Then check the IU-Cyan and its charging grid cleanliness.

also try in service mode-Image Processing Adjustment-
Background voltage value can be increased.

1. Turn OFF the main power switch (Inside front cover). Ensure sub power switch is on located right side of the control panel)
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly. If the code come back do NOT reset have a tech come out replace the fuser unit, it can catch on fire that will ruin a Christmas Day!!!!!

Check the Transfer Belt assy,
Remove and Clean properly
Remove all Imaging Unit and shake properly and put it again.
P6/7/8/9 indicating all Imaging units are not in good condition.

So at warmup, color patch not getting properly generated

Press Utility/Counter, Details, "Stop 00 Stop 01", (Password if required 92729272)
After replacing a fusing unit or transfer belt unit, perform New Release to clear its life counter.

1. Select the key as follows.
[Counter] ? [Life] ? [New Release]

2. Open the front door.

3. Select a unit where New Release is made.

4. Press the Start key and perform New Release. Exit out

The Fuser is not turning... follow these steps
1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. Keep holding it till the T reset appears
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, wait 10 seconds and turn the machine back on, this should reset the service code and with any luck the machine will run!
