if you installed the printer by USB, the computer will have installed the drivers for that connection. ( Although USB is Plug and Play ) I,d refer to your user manual regarding bluetooth connectivity, also your printer.
The bluetooth device ( printer ) usually has to transmit signals, to be detected by the Computer. You,ll probably find that if you enable bluetooth on the Laptop. And turn the bluetooth on the Printer ( if Applicable ) by turning on/off or other function ( sync et,c ) the laptop will sense the Printers signal.
Once you have a communication between the two your setup.
I,d suggest unplugging the USB, as the laptops software/hardware, will assume that the printer already has an adequate connection, and will look no further.

How long did you leave the printer before you tried to use it again after it failed? has the ink dried in the jet head? There should be a ribbon that feeds the jet head which controls the head itself, has it come loose? Dropping any electronic equipment onto a floor can break motors damage bearings and loosen cable connections. the cost of replacing parts generally outweighs the cost of replacement. It may be that the unit is not economically repairable.

Unfortunately the only things I can say are to either try to (carefully) wrestle it out, or take it to a retail or repair shop. And they would just be doing the same thing. There's no magic answer, you just have to find a way to pull it out and try to get it lined up better next time.

Not uncommon this one. When you change the ink cartridge, you put the new one in and clicked down the cover to lock it in. If its not locked properly, when it goes to the right to purge the lock pops up and stops the carriage in its tracks. use a screwdriver to push the lock down. Its awkward to do it but possible.

one of your feed gears has poped out of placeor one of the teeth is broken,check the paper path with a flashlight you will probably see one loose.

check the paper feed section of the printer. it may be item stuck in the paper path. causing the paper jam senor to stay on. also it know for these printer to have a waste in full. this will stop all workings of the printer. as these printer only have small waste ink pad in them. Need to know if the printer is flashing just green or if it flashing green led then a orange one.

Clean the paper feed roller whit alcohol.

Replace it with new box pack cartridge.

try to chack the control panel of your Pc, den uninstall the Printer, then install it again, there may be a huge conflict about it

Following step by step resetting for the Canon Pixma iP90 :

• Before resetting printer canon iP90, start with printer power off .
• Press resume button coincide with power button.
• While pressing power button, release resume button.
• Press resume button 2 times and then release both button
• Green LED indocator will blinking and then stopped blinking.
• When the Power LED lights in green, press resume button 4 times.
• Press power button and the printer power will off. otherwise off, depress again power button.
• And the turn on the printer again, your printer canon iP90 should be response as normal
