Idonot know how to put song onto my sansa from

Usually you need to download the songs to your computer & then connect your unit via USB cable to your computer to be able to download it to your unit, make sure that you have the software for your computer so you could build your driver for it.

It is frozen, can not turn off

Hello.
First of all, try to charge it at least for an hour.
Then, check if it can turn off with full battery.
Press and hold the power on button at least for a minute.
If it still doesn't turn off, you need to firmware upgrade it or just plug it to the computer and update it.

hope it helps.

Please help

1st - You need to convert your CDs to MP3 music files.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track.
There are also Freeware CD RIP programs on the Internet that can create music title and album folders automatically.
OR
Download MP3 music files from the Internet, some sites will cost money to download these music files.

2nd - connect your MP3 player to your computer using the supplied USB cable. The computer will see this player as an external storage device, Just copy the MP3 music files from the computer's hard disk to the MP3 player.

NOTE - When the USB cable is connected to the computer, it will also charge the MP3 player's battery.

Everytime I connect my MP3 player it works

How old is your player?

Sounds like it is fine all the while it is plugged in because it is getting power via the USB port. When you unplug the player, it does not appear to be getting power from the built in (Is it built in?) battery, possibly meaning that it has reached the end of its life.

No drivers

ENGLISH
I had the exact same problem listed in this thread.
This is what I found on another site to fix it.
Make sure your M240 is not connected to the computer.
Then go into the "settings" menu and then go to the "usb" part.
Then Select "MSC" from the menu, instead of "Auto Select (or something like that).
Then turn off your player and connect it to the Win XP computer and it will be fully recognized
and you can then go to My Computer and see it there and use it.
