The rinse aid is not emptying into the dishwasher. How can I fix it?

Not sure about the rinse agent but the film is caused by hard water.

The problem is hard water. www.dishwasherfilter.com has a product to solve this problem once and for all. It filters the water going into your dishwasher and removes the hard minerals that leave those spots. It is very affordable and even has a money back guarantee. You will love the way your dishes look with this product.

Where is food trap located

Seems like every brand is different but generally speaking, the food trap is located under the main cleaning jet in the bottom of the tub. The part with the nozzles should just pull straight up and allow you to get at the food trap.

The door is getting rusty.

Normally these appliances use brushed steel which gives a stainless steel look.

Get a magnet and run it on the sheet. If it sticks then it definitely is not stainless steel.
However, with wear and tear stainless steel surface does break down causing rust to start.

To remove rust go to this site.

I have a Nobel Dishwasher

Not sure how far you want to work on this Nobel dishwasher. Most likely the heater or the timer itself is the problem (unless you are supposed to use hot water connection). The detergent door problem could be due to dispenser relay getting stuck sometimes. I believe the company does not exist any more and you will have trouble getting parts.

It might help if you provide the model no. so that I can try to check it out better.

The water is not draining

Check if the kitchen end of the drain is clear. In these models the chopper (part 8 in diagram) can get blocked many times. It is a good thing as it keeps the wash water clean by taking away the rubbish in the dishes but drawback is it gets choked.

You will have to open the assembly and clean it. Click the diagram in full view.
Please post a comment if you need more help with this otherwise please rate the solution.

Only can use the heavy wash cycle

HELLO THERE
The cycle doesn't advance or you are unable to use one of the cycles such as light or the normal wash cycle, your problem normally is caused by a bad timer It's the timer, if your washing machine fills with water and begins agitating, but the timer never advances--or if the washer is in a spin cycle and the timer won't advance.and if you set it to the normal cycle or light cycle and nothing happens Then you need to replace the timer. ok? hope this is veery helpful for you
Best regards Michael

White film on dishes and interior

White streaking is caused by too much rinse agent. (jet dry) Most all dishwashers now have adjustable rinse agent dispensers, so you can set them to a lower setting when you have soft water, and a higher setting if you have harder water. The adjustment is generally right where you add the jet dry. Other possiblilities would be a leaking jet dry cap, or a defective jet dry dispenser.
