My Zanussi dishwasher DE6744 leaks clean water
I have the same machine and I took mine outside and turned it on its side and removed the clean water feed and all the screws holding the white plastics off and then un-clipped them off and I saw that there was a blue tube that was leaking on mine, I cut the end off and reattached it with a new clip and hey prestow all working now with no leaks.
My Zanussi DE6744 dishwasher won't run it's cycle
The first thing I would do is check the float to be sure it is not stuck in the over filled position. Then I would check the drain to be sure that there is nothing clogged in the drain line. Then I would check to make sure the fill valve is working and allowing water into the machine.
Dish Washer
If you live in a hard water area the 5 in 1 tablets will only work half way. Consider Calgon powder or the tablets which can be left in the dishwasher cutlery basket as an additional measure. Hard water areas are notorious for leaving chalky residue on cutlery regardless of 3 in 1/5 in 1 tablet promises.
Also your dishwasher will require rinse aid too as most machines need this to mix in with the general water and soap solutions when the dishwasher is on its final rinse.
HOTPOINT FDW60P DISHWASHER
There is usually a float switch inside the DW body. Usually a polystyrene lump. This may be stuck in the up position, or a pool of water may still exist within the case.
When you say trips the electric - is this your wall MCB or ELCB ? If it is that then there is a major electrical fault on this machine that needs investigation.
Won't work
I hant not seen this unit but what it sounds like to me is the control bord that controls the functions on the washer may be bad. you should try and find if there is a tech sheet somewhere in the cabinet or under the dishwasher. that will help you to also see if there may be a fuse or thermal fuse that may be bad. good luck
Humming noise
humming is the motor powered up but not turning. burning smell is the motor overheating. cause may be the motor capacitor which is a cheap part. try replecing it and hope thge motor survived. could also be a foreign object in the pump impellor
Still too long for a cycle
how long does cycle take? if program actually finishes there is unlikely to be a problem. factors which can affect cycle times are inlet water temp and rate water is entering the machine

Zanussi ZDF26001XA code .30 anti flood device. how do i fix it without calling a mechanic?
Under the base of the machine, above the floor there is a tray with a sensor in it and that is what triggers the Flood Error Code. So the machine needs to come out, the back or side panel removed and the tray thoroughly dried. You also need to find where that water came from. If the salt container is in the base, it may be leaking if you were breaking up the salt.

Zanussi dishwasher beeps once and end of cycle light flashes
Most likely your dishwasher finds fault.
Appliances without a display will show the alarms by a number of flashes of the LED "end of cycle".
For example: one flash = i10, two flashes = i20
..........and so on
So, count how many times LED "end of cycle" flashes and you will know the error code.
