Cycle takes forever also not heating
On the side of the units there is a matrix (up and down tubes ) they need cleaning but I will warn you the pipes from the drain and through the matrix are gummed up with a disgusting sludge. There are some push on fittings and some held with spring clips take some photos when disassembling but it is easy just time consuming trying to flush the gunk
Where is the drain pump located on zanussi
The Drain pump can be got to by removing the circular filter at the bottom of your machine and all the screws that hold the plastics in including the round retaining plastic clip, only then will you see your drain pump prepellors, but if you want to remove the Drain Pump then this can be done from the rear of the machine you might have to remove the macine outside for this as you need to turn it on its side, from the back of the machine remove the two screws holding the big electronic motor this is plugged into electric sockets remove them also there is a rubber bung that holds this in place once unscrewed the motor needs a bit of a jig and it should slot out through the back of the machine. If you are thing of changing this it costs about £120 I got rid of the machine myself.
Water not heating up
There is a small round solinoid that might have blown its just under the element, you could try this, it cheaper option.

Hi, the first thing the dishwasher does is fill with water, so this sounds like a Anti Flood water pump problem this is just behind the water pipe that feeds the clean water into your machine, one thing to check is if the machine is empty of water at the moment, if the machine has water in the bottom then it could be the Drain Pump.
Oh No
ANTI-FLOODING CONTROL SYSTEM ALARM [A L 4] Leds [LD9] + [LD10]
This control system is operative during the washing phases only, and not in the water fill phases, in
which case is it connected to the safety device (see paragraph 7.4.1 ?Water Fill Time-out?).
A float-actioned mechanical sensor positioned on the bottom of the appliance trips a microswitch
which is connected in series to the fill solenoid, thus disconnecting the solenoid.
Intervention of the sensor is detected by the electronic control board, which actions the drain
pump for 1 minute, after which an alarm condition is generated.
Possible causes:
a. Water leakage from the tub/sump seal
b. Water leakage from the various couplings (motor, OR on the duct to the upper spray arm, etc.)
c. Floating sensor jammed mechanically/microswitch faulty
Not Heating
don't replace heater till you have tested continuity across it
other items which can cause no heat are

Noise HELP!!!
it sounds like the recirculation pump bearings are going and it needs to be replaced or yo may have an obstruction in it.

You answer will allow us to direct you the solution.
