Insert the card into the USB port. After you do this click on the "My Computer" icon. A folder should open containing your flash drive. Right click on the flash drive and select format. This will erase everything on the flash drive.

Replace it ,Sorry !! If you recently purchased it ,get a refund and use another brand .

firts of all try to clean the contact of the card...but poor chance to work..as this error persists,it might be  damaged..
oh..try to format it..maybe will help.

just get a memorycard reader and it will open on windows as a drive then just put music on it (drag and drop)

to a 6600 there's an easy process, because of S60 system.
As that (and it worked on a 3650, a 6600 and 6630), make this:

• Firstly, you need to install FExplorer, a free file manager that allows us to browser through S60 file system.
• Next, launch FExplorer and then browser to c:\system folder. There is a file, called mmcstore.
• Rename the file to mmcstore.txt and then open it. Your password must be several characters at the end of the file.

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the password in the latest S60 phones. The only way that I know so far is by reformatting the memory card. It can be done from Memory Card application by selecting Options | Format memory card menu. Of course, you will lose all your data in the memory card…

I would venture that your pen drive has a problem with its File Allocation Table. Being a 256 leads me to think that it has been in service for quite some time. Perhaps a full format is necessary. May I recommend that you use HP Drive Key Boot Utility available here. Of course formatting would erase all and everything inside the pen drive.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
