I connected my plantronics voyager

Try to re-pair the headset to your phone to make sure that it has a good connection. Before running through the pairing process, be sure to totally delete the headset from the Blackberry's menu. You may want the headset turned off for this process. Once you make your Blackberry discoverable, then put the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset into pairing mode by holding the power button until the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link below for the Voyager Pro pairing instructions.Plantronics Voyager Pro Pairing InstructionsGood luck from Headsets Direct!

MY VOYAGER PRO .. LIGHT

If you manually turn the headset off, make sure that it is by itself, no other phones in the area, no WiFi hotspots. Once this is done make sure that there is not a bluetooth already installed on the phone itself, if there is, delete it. Make sure that the headset has a full charge. Try the pairing again. If this still won't work, you can try Plantronics Tech service line 800-544-4660.Here are two links that may be helpful:Plantronics Voyager Plus User's GuidePlantronics Voyager Plus Pairing InstructionsGood luck from Headsets Direct!

I am on network 3 on anew htc wildfire s but skype

If I am thinking right, you have the app for Skype on your cell phone. When you use Skype on your PC you have to be in the control panel to set up the information for Skype. So for your cell you will probably have to go to the settings on your cell phone and adjust the Skype with your headset. Not sure what the settings are with your phone, nor do I know what application of Skype that you have. You should talk to the technical department for your cell phone or with the technical representative from Skype.Good luck from Headsets Direct!

Need pass code plantronics voyager

For all current Bluetooth headsets the passkey is 0000 (four zeros). If the phone does not accept this code, please refer to your cell phone user's guide to ensure the proper setup procedure. Note: Powering your cell phone off and on sometimes corrects this issue. You cannot change or personalize the PIN code/password of the Bluetooth headsets. It will always remain four zeros.Good luck from Headsets Direct!

My voyager pro+ keeps flashing

If it is flashing red like it is supposed to be charging, and it is not, look at the connections. Are they worn, not connected properly? Make sure that the AC charger is plugged in firmly. If this still fails to charge your bluetooth, it may have to do with the bluetooth itself. If this is still under warranty have it replaced. Try a different outlet or charger to see if that is what is not working.Good luck from Headsets Direct!

I bought voyager pro last

Since you bought it last month I am hoping you have a warranty on the headset. It may be that it is just a bad battery, and the batteries are not replaceable. Sometimes that happens straight out of the package, but not very often. It could have been due to heat or cold damage. Check your connections again, maybe try a different outlet, and is it plugged into the headset correctly?Good luck from Headsets Direct!

Drops and reconnects in the middle of calls

It sounds like you may be too far away from your cell phone. It will reconnect if you are back within range. Also, you may not have enough cell towers for your phone service in your area. If this happens with your cell in range and great service for your phone, then it may be that your headset is going out, if it is still under warranty, get it replaced. If it is not then there is a newer version of the voyager pro+. Please see the link below for a look at the new Voyager Pro+.Plantronics Voyager Pro+Good luck from Headsets Direct!
