The device will not power

Check to see if their is any interference going on around your headset. When trying to turn on make sure it is together. Otherwise the headset may need to be replaced. Return to place of purchase if this is still under warranty.Good luck from Headsets Direct!

My headset is charged, but

You can try letting the battery die completely (this make take a week or so) then plug it back into the charge and let it recharge fully. I would delete/disconnect headset from your phone in the mean time. Once headset is fully charged again put it and phone in pairing mode and see if it will work properly for you this time. How do you restart its

The VoyagerPro headset does not have a reset feature other than turning it off and back on. The VoyagerPro will only link to two active Bluetooth devices at any one time. If you have purchased a new phone, it should just be a matter of activating the Bluetooth feature on the phone and headset and syncing them to each other. If the older phone is causing you issues when pairing the new phone, just delete the headset from the old phone. That should take care of the problem.Good luck from Headsets Direct!
