So if it won't charge, it may be that the charger is bad, and you may not have a way of charging it to find out if it is the charger or the battery.
If it is the charger you can get a new one, there is a link below to the right part.
If it is the headset and it is still under warranty return it to the
vendor.

Please bear in mind that newer phones are like small computers, so they
may
become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often.
Simply turn your phone off and remove again the battery for a few
seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. Make sure
the phone doesn't have any bluetooth interference loaded on. On the link
below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro look at "Listen to the Voice" for
turning the headset on and off to reset for pairing and follow the
pairing instructions in the manual.

I would first suggest deleting the headset from your phone, then
rebooting your phone and then try repairing the headset to your phone to
see if that helped.Good luck from

My voyager pro will auto
I would suggest deleting the Voyager Pro from your phone. Turn your phone and
headset off and then back on after about 30 sec. You will need to reconnect the
headset to the phone again. Use pass code 0000 (4 zero's) if you phone ask for it. See page 8 of user guide for
further tips. User guide attached below.

THE CHARGING LIGHT DOESN'T COME
Per Plantronics: The Voyager Pro is not a moisture resistant
headset. So if you have worn the headset during work outs or outside in
excessive heat it could cause it to fail. The only solution is to have
the headset replaced if still under Plantronics one year warranty.Good luck from

What you probably need to do is turn off, then on, the headset. In
today's push button happy society, sometimes we don't always follow the
instructions the manufacturer provides. Please follow the instructions
carefully in the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro+, paying
particular attention to "Listen to the Voice" and "Tips." You should be
up and running in no time.

It sounds like a phone issue, and the headset is a trigger. Please remember that newer phones are like small computers, so
they may become
corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply
turn your phone off and take the battery out for a few seconds,
then replace the battery and turn it back on again. You'll need to purge from the phone
any pairing information for your Voyager Pro
headset and pair it again to your phone. Carefully follow the
instructions in the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro.

I have a voyager pro+,
If your are charging through the USB port, and you have put it in wrong
at all at any time, the connection will be shot and it will not charge.
If this is still under warranty try to see if you can get it replaced.Good luck from

The device will not power
Check to see if their is any interference going on around your headset.
When trying to turn on make sure it is together. Otherwise the headset
may need to be replaced. Return to place of purchase if this is still
under warranty.Good luck from
