Continuos (3) beep beep beep
Triple tones are usually associated with the battery having a very
low charge. You should be getting approximately 5-6 hours of talk time
and 5 days of stand by time from a single charge. If you are not, then
the internal battery may be going out. The battery is hard wired and is
not replaceable, however the headset does have a one year warranty from
Plantronics and they will replace it within the warranty period.

It can be one of a few reasons. First, you want to make sure that you
have a good power source. If it's not charging, it could be your cord or
phone. Normally the AC adapter has a light to indicate it has power. If
that's the case and you have a good connection between cord and phone,
and your headset still doesn't light up at all after being on the
charger, it's time to take it back to your retailer and get it replaced.
If they refuse, you can call Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5 x5538 for warranty assistance.Good luck from

The three beeps usually indicate low talk time. If you have tried
turning off and on your headset and still have the annoying beeps, then
there is a problem with the device. You'll need to contact your retailer
or Plantronics (800-544-4660 x5538) for warranty replacement. If it's out of warranty, check out our website
Headsets Direct for the latest in Bluetooth headsets.

Drops and reconnects in the middle of calls
It sounds like you may be too far away from your cell phone. It will
reconnect if you are back within range. Also, you may not have enough cell towers for your phone service in your area. If this happens with your
cell in range and great service for your phone, then it may be that your
headset is going out, if it is still under warranty, get it replaced.
If it is not then there is a newer version of the voyager pro+. Please see the link below for a look at the new Voyager Pro+.

Making sure the headset is fully charged, you'll probably want to try
and pair the headset to your phone again. Make sure that any
bluetooth devices are removed from the phone. Removing the battery (if
possible) for about 15 seconds helps to reset the phone. Follow the
pairing instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Voyager
Pro.
