Lanier and Ricoh have been having a huge problem with their touch screens going bad. If you have a service contract on your copier, you should be able to get it replaced for free under the warranty.

In the meantime, try turning the machine off and back on, and you might be able to get it working temporarily.

To be absolutely sure no personal info is stored you should remove the harddrive and either destroy it or have cleaned by a professional service. You can do it yourself with a few rare earth magnets.

this is an error for the fuser the thermistors have not registered the temps properly check the fuser and if you know how to take it apart clean the thermistors.. you could try an sc reset using the following proceedure...Yellow clear button then 107 then hold down the stop button..wait for the screen to change to show copier sp turn off the machine and wait 5 secs then turn off. If this doesnt reset do the same proceedure on the copier sp enter this then look for mode 5. enter this mode and look for 810 sc reset and set this then turn off wait and turn back on....if this error occurs regularly the thermistors will have to be changed.. hope this helps..A

Make sure that you loosen up the rim of paper before putting it in the tray.
Just bend them from side to side.

if the marks are repeated every cretin cycle that means two things to check
1. The drum unit
2. The heating unit
In both cases you should take extra care.

Is this an analog or digital copier?
Multiple things could cause what you describe.
To answer your question rubber rollers can be cleaned with soap and water and a damp cloth.
Hot rollers cannot be cleaned and should be replaced as the teflon coating has failed.
Organic drums should not be cleaned with a cleaner but just a clean dry cloth.

I would look at your mirrors(under the glass) if there is dust on them it will darken your copies and could cause lines.

If it is digital print out a counter if it is a good print the your problem is dirty mirrors and / glass

Sorry, You do not need Black toner, you need a Black PCU (Photo Conductor Unit).
I have this same printer with the same warning.
Unfortunately, This unit seems to be rather expensive.

LANIER COPIER PROBLEM SIMILAR TO RICOH COPIER PROBLEM AND IF THE PAPER GOT STUCK ,FIRST YOU MUST SEE AT WHICH
LEVEL/IS IT CRUMBLEB OR JUST MESHED THROUGH OR JUST UNABLE TO PASSED OUT FROM TRAY.
IF PASSED OUT FROM TRAY BUT STUCK AT DUPLEX AREA ,THAT MEANS YOUR FINGER AND MYLAR/RUBBER ROLLER MUST BENDED OR NO GRIP SO YOU HAVE TO REPLACED IT.
IF STUCK FROM THE TRAY, EITHER YOU DID NOT NOT " FAN" THE PAPER BEFORE USE AS NO AIR BETWEEN THE PAPAERSOR HAVE TO REPLACE THE PAD AND UPLIFT ROLLER RUBBER[1 PIECE ONLY PER TRAY]
IF STUCK AT FUSER AREA,JUST CHECK THE UPPER & LOWER ROLLER, THERE SHOULD BE THE ROLLERS NOT MEET TOGETHER. NEE MORE CLARIFICATION

Envelopes thru bypass only....once they are set youl need to set the bypass to envelopes at the machine either thru user tools or by pressing bypass then the # key and selecting envelope or custom size and entering the size of your envelopes.
Back at the computer go into print proprties and select paper souce bypass the printdriver will use the machine settings unless ou tell it otherwise

Hello sir; The error code you have display, its means the fuser oil waste bottle full, check it out and dump it out, otherwise that's senser problem.

Make sure you have the plastic seal on the toner bottle. The seal prevents toner from spilling inside the machine.

Hello sir; There have foer part to be separet; 1, auto doccument feeder. 2, machine body , 3 base, 4 finisher. Now let's separet finisher; open the finisher door, on the right hand side first screw lock the cross bar, unscrew it ,pull out cross bar move finisher away, next to remove ADF lift up ADF you can see two big hinge, unscrew it and remove it ,nex to separet body and base;on the back cover of the machine on the lower left have a small cover with one screw on it release open it out you will see the connector, disconnect it, now pull out the second tray there have a screw inside the bottom screw the body and base together, unscrew it next remove the plastic strip between the front door and 1st paper tray, you will see two handle , good luck !!!

How do you know you have a Hard drive problem? and if you actually do, then replace it. It's just a regular IDE hard drive

Press C00C or C interupt key 0 interupt key and 41 for developer counter display 42 for developer counter clear 46 for exposure level adjustment 72 for maintenance preset counter setting 25 for automatic developer adjustment. 40 for developer preset counter display.

error code E000732-0001 on Canon

this is a problem with the thermistors and will need a technician to come out and fix it for you, the part #'s are aw100052 and aw100053 for the thermistors but you have to enter service mode to clear and reset the code.
