If you have already tried cleaning the vent then the problem is with the Thermostat. When the thermostat goes bad it cannot be reset and replacing it is recommended repair.It is located on the blower wheel housing inside the rear panel to the exhaust duct. You can test it for continuity before replacing, if thermostat reads continuity then please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Your control is faulty and will need to be replaced. Access to it is gained by removing the top panel.

Sorry to read about your problem. Their is a 80% chance you have a defective heat coil or coils. or the heat selector switch is defective. in addition you may have a clogged dryer vent.

I suggest you place a call to a service company.

If the motor is hummming or buzzzing it most likly the motor or a bad wire conection to the motor.


you can try to turn the drum by hand and retry to start the machine.. if this does work, you have a bad spot on the motor and if it does not and you can verify the noise is coming from the motor then the motor is most likley bad.

This code means there is a probelm with one of the push buttons is held in to long or stuck.try and press or wiggle each one until there is nothing stuck. you may need to remove the control panel and free up the button that way.

press and hold select and cancel buttons together for six seconds this will reset the board.there is also a chance that the door switch is bad and not seeing the door is shut

If the clothes are hot when they come out but moist or damp it mean the moisture is not getting vented, Check your vent pipe for blockages or leaks.

It sounds like your vent line is clogged. You will want to clean your venting and this should take care of your problem. Good luck _MJ_
