Dryer was not pulling air out of machine,
This belt and pulley are what spins the fan.Which explains why it is not pumping air.What you will need to do is take the whole front off flip up the top and remove the drum.at that point you will see a fan housing on the bottom directly under where the drum was.you need to screw that pulley you found back on to the fan shaft and run the belt that you found from the fan pulley to the front of the drive motor.Then reinstall the drum and drum belt and it's good as new.a good thing to do would be to use some loctite when screwing the fan pulley back on so it will not fall apart again.another little tip is that pulley has a reverse thread so you will need to screw it on counter clockwise.Also on most models with this type of fan you need to get to the drum belt from the back of the dryer to remove and install the drum belt
