Hello, I have a problem

Somewhere on the computer is the access code to re-install and activate XP from Microsoft, if it was still available. But it's not. Do you really want to buy XP again? Or pay for newer software on an 11 y/o PC? Recommend you put that money into upgrade. New or used.

I own a C ISNET CI-3003X and it has a red light

It could be a defective or dirty video card. But in the some cases, where built-in graphics is used (no video card, built-in to motherboard) it is the memory (RAM) that is causing the problem. Try removing your video card (if you have any) or memory from the board. Video card removal instructions: http://bit.ly/1m0jwb3 Memory removal instructions: http://bit.ly/1s5svYr Clean the pins (gold contacts) with a rubber pencil eraser. Install the memory or the video card back to the board & power-on. If this doesn't work, replace the defective unit. You may also try cleaning the internals of the computer using a non-static brush & a can of compressed air.

The cd door won't open on the tower

CD Drive Tray problems There are two ways to open the CD drive door if the button just below the drive tray does not work. Go to My Computer and right click on the drive and click on Eject. If this does not work then you can manually open the CD drive tray by - Straighten a paper clip and gently insert it into a tiny hole below the drive tray next to the Eject button. Push the paper clip gently until the drive tray pops out, then pull the tray until it is fully out, then you can remove the CD disc. If you still having problem opening with the Eject button, then the CD drive is faulty and needs replacing.
