Belt is blown on the drum... easy fix but you may have to order a belt on line...YouTube is full of good videos on how to change the belts for particular models... to check pull the machine out and look at the back.. UNPLUG The UNIT BEFORE DOING ANY OF THIS IF YOU LIKE YOUR FINGERS..Should be a small plate on the bottom corner you unscrew.. get a flashlight and look in. There should be a n electric motor just inside with a pulley. On that pulley should be a belt that runs fr the motor over a tensioner and around the drum. If it is loose or not there it is broken.
