Hi, when a phone remains locked, it means that the touch screen (touch pad)of the phone you are using is bad will need to be replaced.

Replace the touch pad and you will start usingthe phone again.

Initially go to Internet explorer
select menu
select tools
select options
choose the memory tab
delete all cookies and temp files

If there are more messages in send items delete that too.

Hi, the idea is this trying to activate sync with window 7 operating system. A windows 7 does not accept all kinds of applications or operation been done on it. it's selects a lot of programs.

The reason why there is no active sync might be because it is not compatible with your software format.

You can try it out with another operating system like windows xp etc.And see if it will sync with it.

what you have to do is to star from the mean button
click on it stroll down to setting click on it ,stroll down and click on phone setting then stroll to language click on it then click on English .

after all this your phone will respond back to English language.

The problem why you cannot hear the person you are talking to with the one at the top front(the main earpiece) is that the front earpiece of your phone is bad that is you cannot hear anything unless you put it on speaker.

All you need to do is to replace the front earpiece of your phone and you will see that you will hear when you are talking to anyone.

Change the front earpiece as advice and you see that you will hear your conversation when calling or receiving calls.
