We just have a HTC Touch HD, what happened to us
Older versions of Windows mobile have been having trouble with newer versions of activesync, and older versions of activesync don't run well with Vista. Your companies IT guys have a lot to do with it too as newer security policies can stop phones from syncing using exchange. That's why XP worked...the internet dropping off however was probably not dorectly related. It sounds like it is trying to tether it's Internet from the link to the PC. If this is the case Internet will start working again if you hook it to the PC running XP. Then you just need to find the option to disable tethering and use the provider data service instead.

Hi sir.
Try to manually recalibrate the touch screen. Click on start -> Settings -> System -> Touch Screen and follow the prompts.

E-mail messages are not downloading on htc
OK for a start are you sure that those 48 messages would fit on your phone...? Also ensure you have the setting about weather to download to the Email Client, the phone, or leave the copies on the server.
As you have had the problem follow you from phone to phone, surely it MUST be a setting either NOT set or Set wrong.. Please check your documentation, and ensure ALL settings to do with your email and server client are set properly.
I doubt this is an actual fault with the electronics of the Phone(s) Unless there is some software fault?
I suggest you try differing settings on the phone and with your email handling software and see if the settings are all as they should be?

is faulty and it needs to be replaced so that the screen can be as one again.

Comm errors
I have been having similar problems with my x10
I have been turning off my phone and turning it back on again to fix it.
Not a great solution but I'm working on the assumption that its a software glitch and a fix will be available shortly.

Htc battery is not up to dat level.. Is it so..
What do you mean by HTC battery is not up to "dat" (that) level?
Is it always running out of battery so easily? Or it's not charging correctly.
HTC phones has a battery life basis. Please refer to the info below:
Standby time: Up to 490 h (2G) / Up to 390 h (3G)
Talk time : Up to 6 h 20 min (2G) / Up to 5 h 40 min (3G)
Music play: Up to 12 h
If your HTC phone's battery is not not reaching the said hours, there could be a possibility that your battery is defective. You may send your phone to the dealer and have them repair it, or replace it if it's still under the warranty period.
Thank you for using fixya!
