Shower valve first opens hot then cold after ccw rotation. Isn't that backwards? Is the cartidge upside down? HC should be facing up on cartridge.
moen cartridge is 90 degrees off why is moen 1225 cartridge 90 degrees off Cartridge has been installed upside down. Remove, spin 180 degrees and re-install.
