it will probably have to go to a bmw dealer to be coded. your new ECU is not recognising the code in your ignition key, so it wont allow the engine to be started. you will require to produce registration docs and photo proof of ID.
if you are the registered owner of this vehicle your local BMW dealer can order you a new key straight from BMW, you will have to produce the registration certificate and photographic proof of ID. this wil (if your car has original locks on) solve your prob.
Take a large Long Pointy punch and place on the edge of the pump and with a good size hammer give a good blow to crack the pump in half, then pull out the peices.
