Hi,it sounds like you have a stuck float valve,give the carb bowl a good healthy tap with the handle of a screwdriver,it may loosen it up and problem solved,however if it doesnt then you will have to remove the carb and free the float bowl up,.floats sticking can be caused by fuel left in the bowls over a long period(winter),when the fuel evaporates it leaves behind a white gummy looking compound that can create all sorts of havoc in a carb...cheers

Gas is coming out of the overflow tube

Flote is stuck try tapping the carb with a screw driver if that don't ya need to remove the carb and clean the flote and needle and seat.. Good luck..

My suzuki intruder is missing backfiring on the

Did you sync the two carbs? If not the rear may be getting all the gas from the rear carb and none to the front. Twist throttle engine off and see if front carb cable is pulling the carb open.
Also unscrew the spark plug boot from the front spark plug wire and trim 1/8th inch off the wire and screw the boot back in. The plug wire end may be corroded on that wire.
