have you done anything to try to fix this or are you just making a statement? fouled plugs? timing issues? bad gas? stuck choke? cold weather? bad wires?

21,000 is a lot of miles for a motorcycle spark plug. Your valves might need adjusted - I don't know if Kawasaki has solids or hydraulic in this model. Your carbs might be in need of adjustment. When was your last tune up? If you don't remember, it is time for a little TLC for the bike, my friend. Your motorcycle is 9 years old now ... it is time for service.

What causes bad gas mileage stalling at high speeds and rain idiling rough engine knocking 2003 Isuzu Rodeo

Check the coils, there may be a bad coil. That lets moisture in it, and causes the engine to mis fire. God-Bless! Its worth a try!

93 3003 MERCEDES 2.8 DIDNT PASS SMOG NO CHECK ENG LIGHT ON SMOG GUY SAID EGR STUCK IDILES A LITTLE ROUGH BUT RUNS GOOD AT HIGH SPEEDS WHAT DO I DO?

run the fault codes to ensure that the EGR valve is faulty. Engine lights to not always come on unless there is something drastic going on with the engine /gearbox so that you can stop the car before damage is done.

Starts then dies starts rough and then idils rough for about 2 miles then runs good

Check your fuel pump for adequate pressure. Also the fuel filter could be clogged. If your car has more than 60,000 miles it probably needs a new fuel pump.

I had the timing belt and water pump changed on my 2005. it is now idiling rough. any solutions?

If it was running rough right off the bat, I would say that the timing is off. It can be off a tooth and it will run bad.
