This is likely to be your head gasket, white smoke from exhaust is oil being burnt.

How do i remove the carbs from the engine?
After removing the tank and airbox, loosen the clamp screws securing each carb to the inlet stubs, these can be sometimes difficult to get at and time consuming, also unclip the idle screw from its bracket, remove the choke cable and throttle cable-s from the carbs, some models have water pipes fitted 1on each side of the bank of carbs, once removed have a screw ready to push into the pipe to stop the coolant leaking, if you have difficulty undoing the screws securing the carbs, grasp the bank of carbs from behinde, at the top pulling towards you normaly is enough to remove them as the retaining screws are not always tightly secured but often difficult to see, once removed you can then prepare the screws ready for re fitting the carbs
I bought a 03 zx-636 that was laid down on the
Correct, the bike will not charge. Aside from that, if the flywheel is actually bent, and it sounds that it is, you will need a new crankshaft and probably a new stator. Without major repairs the bike will never run again. The crank will cost around $650 and the stator will cost around $330 and if the flywheel has been damaged ( it probably has been ) it will cost around $330 as well. The cost for the repair shop will be around $2000 to $3000. The bottom line is that you got taken by the guy who sold it to you. He knew full well the repairs would be far more than the bike was worth. Unless you can get a good engine from a salvage yard, you are pretty much hosed. Google motorcycle salvage kawasaki and see what you can find. I am sorry about the situation. Best of luck to you. Please rate my answer. Thanks.
I just purchased a 2001 zx6r and i put 1/3 seafoam
Sounds like fuel starvation, remove airbox lid and check the slides in the carbs are not stuck, this sometimes happens when the fuel in the carbs becomes old and forms a stickey bond between the needle and main jet diffuser, you may benefit from a complete overahaul of the carbs again, 2 years is a long time, and i would not find it unusual to do this anualy unless you continue to use the bike, remove the slides and check the diapram condition for holes, remove the mainjets clean, allso the pilot jets and clean them using a wire from a wire brush push through the jet twisting and pusshing, also blow out the holes the jet screws into, remove the float valves and clean them with some wire wool taking care not to damage the rubber tip, and the valve seating should also be cleaned,

You really need to re-post your problem. Tell us what brand your scooter is and also tell us what year, and model it is. Then tell us what is broken; it won't start, the front brake will not work, the clutch will not engage, the headlight doesn't work, horn doesn't work, what part is broken?? Also tell us what you have tried to do to it to fix it and any recent repairs that have been done. With this information one of the experts may be able to help you. Without the information no one can even try.
