I have a 93 probe gt with a fuel cut out light on and it will not start

could be a bad relay. Check fuel pump fuse.

I suspect the fuel pump has gone,sorry.

The fuel lines run from the fuel pump (which is in the tank) under the car to the to the fuel rail in the top of the engine. The fuel cutoff light means that the inertia switch has been triggered. It is a black box with a red button located in the hatch area.

ran it without oil stoped shut it off now it wont start it cranks all day but dont start

have you replaced the ignition switch? not the key cylinder but the actual electrical switch, they are prone to this type of failure, pull the covers off the steering column and test the switch.

I don't know where or if there is a cut off switch on the Probe but the fuel pump is inside the gas tank.

the solenoid is on the firewall of the car. Look up the part on a online parts company and see a picture of it, then you will know what to look for. You can buy a real cheap guage to check the fuel psi's and the connection is on the manifold.

VERY Probable! You need to get that Probe to a Mechanic and have it Diagnosed. You can also Purchase a Diagnostic tool for the Computer at Any Good Auto Parts Store and Try this yourself! This is Most Definitally a Computer Error Code Problem.

• Replace the fuel cut-off switch and make sure the connector to it is not melted looking.
