Check your front drive axles. These have CV joints with a rubber boot over them to keep grease in and dirt out. The common problem, after lots of miles sometimes boot splits and grease escapes then bearing goes bad.

I have a 2014 Ram 1500 5.7 . The front end has a Clunking when you hit a bump I had all the front end check I'm going nuts everyday hear it and it fills like the front end is going to fall off.

indicates that the suspension arm bushes are broken away from the metal bushing at the ends
have a professional suspension shop check for torn insulators in the suspension arm

These trucks had a problem with tje ac commpressor clutch breaking i would recomend sliding under truck and looking closely at the ac clutch. also the idler pulleys tensioner and waterpump pulley as these are also problematic
