To access fuse panel you are looking for that holds the lighter fuse open the passenger door and look on the right end of the instrument panel (dash) There is an access panel that just pulls off. Pull it off and there are your fuses.

On my '07 Montana SV6 was the same problem, I've fix it by moving up to 3 mm. contact plate at the body frame of the rihgt sliding door. If you check the spots on the plate where pins from the door comes to this plate, you will see that they contacting not in a middle. There are two ways to fix: move down pin unit in the door or move up contact plate on frame. For me second way was better. It's manufacture mistake comes sinse 2005 and on right door only.

I have a 2006 SV6 with the power sliding doors. The problem that I found was with the contacts on the door ( They are called plungers) the movable pins were losing connection with the fixed part The plunger is very easy to replace if you can find one. The plungers are covered with a rubber cover and is held in place with 2 plastic pins. My Pontiac dealer could not even find one in his books or even a picture of one, and claimed that he had never had anyone come with a door problem. My Chevy dealer said that it came with a wiring harness that is not needed for $154. The cure that I came up with was to take the plunger block apart (it snaps together)and replace the rusted out springs then solder 3" wires to the end of the plunger pins (they solder easy) to the tabs that go to the plug(pop out the tabs or you will melt the plastic. It took about 45 min. now the doors work like new and will never loose contact again

I am assuming you are talking about the large bin at the bottom of the center console that normally rotates down when you open it - and then rotates up to close and spills some of the contents behind the bin never to be seen again... To remove it, with the bin in a nearly closed position, simply pull the bin forward and it will 'unclip' - it seems like there are plastic hinges near the bottom that just clip in and out.

It is usually coming from the spark plug wires( leak spark). Spark to ground or piece of metal. To find out exactly take an empty spray bottle fill her up with water and add 2 tablespoons of salt. With the engine running a light spray of the mix on spark plug wires you will see the spark leak and proof the spark plug wires have a defect. if so replace all spark plug wires that should solve your problem.
